Dynamic Bike Fit

Each set up takes an hour and a half

You will need to bring your bike, cycle shorts and shoes

You will certainly feel the improved comfort power immediately. You will also enjoy the increased control due to better weight distribution etc. You may, however, feel some small twinges in different parts of your body for your first 3-4 good rides after the set up. This is just your body re-aligning itself into the new stable and efficient position and will disappear after time.

We set up road, mountain and tri bikes. Any make, size or model. Once you have had an assessment done. We keep all your records (right down to cleat placement) and so when you bring in a second or third bike for a set- up it is a relatively quick process.

You are most welcome to pop in anytime with your new shoes and we will set your cleats for you with pleasure.

This numbness is called “hotfoot” and occurs for a number of reasons. We will assess where the problem lies ie: shoes, arch support or cleat placement.
